These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of folklorei.com and any purchase you make from Folklorei, a brand of ArtisanMade Studio (“Folklorei”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use the Site or make a purchase.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Small variations in colour, grain, finish, dimensions, and texture are natural characteristics of handmade work and are part of each piece’s character. Product images are representative; slight differences from the item you receive are to be expected.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or limit orders at our discretion.
Certain pieces are made to order or created bespoke for you. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order, and such items may be non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and the Folklorei name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
