Do you ship across India and internationally?+
Yes. We ship pan-India with complimentary delivery on orders above ₹3,000, and we arrange international shipping on request — just mention your country in the form and we'll share a quote and timeline.
Can I commission a custom or made-to-order piece?+
Absolutely — bespoke work is at the heart of the studio. Choose "Custom commission" as your subject and tell us about the size, craft (hand-carving, marble inlay, Thikri mirror) and timeline you have in mind.
Do you work with interior designers and wholesale buyers?+
We do. We offer trade pricing and larger-volume production for designers, retailers and hospitality projects. Select "Wholesale & trade" and we'll send our line sheet and terms.
What is your return & care policy?+
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations are part of its character. Our full Refund & Returns and care guidance are on the site; if something arrives less than perfect, write to us and we'll make it right.
