This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your Folklorei order will reach you. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, we appreciate your patience as each is prepared with care.
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require additional time; the estimated timeline will be shared with you at the time of order.
We ship across India. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. For orders below this value, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
International delivery is available on request. Please contact us at artisanmadestudio@gmail.com with your location and the pieces you are interested in, and we will provide a shipping quote and timeline. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and item. Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed, as handcrafted production and courier or customs handling can affect timing.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
Applicable shipping charges, where relevant, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, courier issues, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. We will keep you informed and do our best to resolve any delay promptly.
