Offers Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every discount, coupon code and promotion offered by Folklorei, a brand of ArtisanMade Studio. Each offer may also carry its own terms, shown with the offer; where the two differ, the offer’s own terms apply.

Using an offer

• One coupon code may be used per order, unless the offer states otherwise.
• A code must be entered at checkout. It cannot be added to an order after the order has been placed.
• An offer applies only to the products, minimum order value and period stated with it.

What an offer cannot be used for

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Coupon codes cannot be sold or transferred, and any unused value of a code is not refunded.

Changes to an offer

Folklorei may change, extend or withdraw an offer at any time. Orders already confirmed under an offer will be honoured on the terms that applied when they were placed.

Returns and refunds

If you return a piece bought under an offer, the refund is the amount you actually paid for it. Returns are otherwise handled under our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Misuse

We may cancel an order that uses a code obtained or applied fraudulently or in breach of these terms. Any payment for a cancelled order is refunded.

Other terms

Our Terms & Conditions also apply to every purchase, including the correction of pricing errors.
