Folklorei is a small studio in Ajmer, and every message is read by our team. This page sets out how to reach us and what to include so we can help you quickly.
Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Sundays are by appointment.
Studio address: Flat #205, Second Floor, Makhija Tower, Bapu Nagar (Old Prabhat Cinema), Ajmer, Rajasthan 305001, India.
Please include your order number and the name the order was placed under. Once your order is dispatched, we email you its tracking details.
You may cancel before your order has been dispatched by emailing us as soon as possible. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces may not be cancellable once production has begun. See our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as set out in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Every product page has an Enquire about this piece button. It opens our contact form with the piece already named, so we know exactly what you are asking about.
