For Sukant Nayak, art was never a family occupation. Growing up in Dasgoba Village, near the renowned Raghurajpur Heritage Village of Odisha, his childhood was rooted in agriculture. The rhythm of village life revolved around the fields, changing seasons, and the simple routines that had sustained generations before him.
Yet, living so close to one of India’s most celebrated artisan communities meant creativity was never far away.
